Running Z-image-turbo on an old laptop: one-photo consistent-face generation
leonardo1freestyler · reddit · 2026-10-08
The author wants to build a workflow with Z-image-turbo on an old laptop: feed in one photo and generate the same face in different angles, poses, outfits and scenarios. In his test, generating a single 1026×1026 image took about 6 minutes on this machine, which he finds acceptable. Since LoRA training is too expensive for him, he's asking the community for alternative approaches to one-shot character-consistent generation without LoRA.
