H3 motion-context degradation: dev open-sources low-level fix nodes, seeks collaborators
xyzdist · reddit · 2026-10-08
- Responding to renewed community discussion of motion-context degradation in H3 video generation, xyzdist released H3-LongTakeNoCuts on GitHub along with companion nodes, inviting testing and better solutions.
- The approach targets low-level nodes: minimal changes on top of the native motion-context workflow, kept as simple as possible. It's not an all-in-one Director/Extender node but components you can integrate into your own setup.
- The author admits trade-offs exist but expects broad applicability. README is still thin; users can install and run the example workflow or wire it into existing ones. (Test video's gibberish speech is unrelated.)
