Burkov mocks "Europe's Top" AI model marketing: top tier or underdog, nothing between

Andriy Burkov, author of the Hundred-Page Machine Learning Book, mocks the "Europe's Top" model marketing trope: the fact that a model was trained from a European laptop means nothing. "It's either a top model or an underdog" — otherwise tomorrow they'll claim to be "Northeastern Europe's Top model."
The jab targets geographically-qualified ranking claims common in AI marketing, implying the model in question doesn't actually rank highly.
