Every launches shared Slack company agent and shares a 4-step workflow to cut token waste
every · x · 2026-10-08
Every launched the Every Agent, a Slack-based shared company AI coworker that replaces each employee's personal agent, passing raw token costs through to customers with no markup. Engineer Paridhi Agarwal explains how she made it more token-efficient and shares a four-step workflow for finding token waste in your own software.
On the Every Podcast, Dan Shipper and platform head Willie Williams discuss why the company traded personal agents for one shared company agent. Shipper's first agent vanished when its Mac mini's power cord got knocked loose, and he never revived it because Codex had taken over its tasks: "The personality thing is cool, but particularly in a work context, I mostly care: Does it do the thing?"
The issue also lists the models the team is using this week.
