At a Microsoft event in San Francisco, Jensen Huang and Satya Nadella outlined co-engineered hardware and software for AI agents on Windows PCs.
- RTX Spark pairs a Blackwell RTX GPU (up to 6,144 cores) with an up-to-20-core Grace CPU at 600 GB/s, delivering 1 petaflop FP4 and up to 128GB unified memory — enough to run models like Qwen 3.8 Flash Next (125B) locally. Laptops open preorder today, ship October 16; compact desktops arrive in November from Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, MSI and Gigabyte.
- NVIDIA DGX Station for Windows runs the GB300 Grace Blackwell Ultra superchip with 748GB coherent memory and up to 20 petaFLOPS FP4, enabling local trillion-parameter-scale models, with Linux toolchains via WSL.
- Microsoft made Microsoft Execution Containers (MXC) generally available as OS-level infrastructure for secure, always-on agents; Huang compared its impact to DirectX.
