Interactive 3D fusion explainer built with Claude Opus 5.5: tokamak vs laser ignition
techartist_ · x · 2026-10-08
A creator built an interactive 3D explainer of fusion energy's two real routes using Claude Opus 5.5: a tokamak holding 150-million-°C plasma metres from −269 °C magnets, and NIF's 192-beam shot that turned 2.08 MJ of laser input into 8.6 MJ of fusion output. The demo doubles as a showcase of Claude building complex interactive educational apps.
