Two 3GB models give second opinions: 64% of 669 clinical decisions handled locally

An experiment had two 3GB local models give a "second opinion" on 669 clinical decisions, escalating to Mistral Large 4 only when they disagreed or on urgency/red-flag calls. Result: 64% of decisions were resolved entirely locally, with 91.9% accuracy, zero severe misses, and performance level with Mistral alone.
A nice demonstration of a "small-model consultation + large-model fallback" cascade for cutting cost and latency in medical settings.
