GPU rental prices are rising across every generation, with Nebius raising H100 prices 17% and B300 prices 21%. A comparison of Nebius and CoreWeave shows diverging market treatment despite CoreWeave's larger scale: $2.58B Q2 revenue (+112% YoY) and a $104B backlog vs Nebius's 454% YoY growth off a $582M base. Both carry similar leverage (3.4-3.7x debt to annualized revenue), but Nebius's $8B cash cushion and lower net debt explain why its stock is up 160% in 2026 while CoreWeave is up just over 10%.
