Valerio Capraro's team wins €1M grant to study when intelligence should rethink problems

Valerio Capraro announced his project has been awarded €1 million to study a gap in most approaches to human and artificial intelligence: they start from a well-defined problem and ask whether it can be solved. Real-world problems are dynamic — new information arrives and circumstances change, so the initial framing may no longer work.
The funded work focuses on intelligence as knowing when and how to rethink the problem itself. A framework link is included in the original post.
