Indie developer @yihuiindie revisits his refund dispute: checking the chat history, the customer never wrote a long guilt-tripping message, just bluntly asked for a refund — "I was the one fantasizing." He reiterates he wouldn't refund an ordinary user, but since the requester is a published iOS developer who knowingly signed a subscription agreement, he suspects financial hardship, refunded, and vented about it.
