Microsoft exec: agents are joining your address book—and becoming your customers
donasarkar · x · 2026-10-07
Microsoft exec Dona Sarkar shared three focus points at the AI Trust Forum:
- Agents reporting in your address book: her team already has them, an experience she calls hilarious/amazing/strange in real time.
- Agents as customers: every business will soon need to design the journey for when agents find and procure your product or service—and nobody is ready. She discussed her team's SCOPE project.
- When agents do the back-office work, humans should double down on being human; she shared her Human-Context Protocol framework for staying relevant.
