Shaders open-sources 200+ WebGPU components under MIT with free code export for any framework

Shaders announced it's going open source: 200+ WebGPU components under MIT, usable in client sites, templates, products, or libraries, with free code export for any framework.
A commenter's take on the business model: they open-sourced the receipt, not the product — the moat is the editor emitting the graph, taste-encoding presets, and the agent surface assembling tested effects instead of raw WGSL. Free export is the tell that once the graph exists, the code is disposable. MIT is distribution: every install funnels into the canvas they still charge for.
