Dev finds Alchemy v2 + Effect TS v4 lets AI agents beat 'industry standard' IaC tools

A developer reports that the combo of Alchemy Run v2 and Effect TS v4 is an excellent stack for infra-as-code. The biggest surprise: although these new frameworks aren't in model pretraining data, AI agents perform noticeably better with them than with existing "industry standard" tools — evidence that agent-friendly, purpose-built tooling can outshine entrenched ecosystems designed for humans.
