Teknium: Hermes Agent voice mode now supports auxiliary models for low latency

Teknium highlights the most useful new feature in this week's Hermes Agent updates: a dedicated auxiliary model for voice mode. The main agent can stay on a heavy model for hard tasks, while voice mode uses a superfast reasoning-disabled model for low-latency responses. Several other voice mode improvements shipped this week.
