Ill-specified real work means harnesses still matter, argues Paras Chopra

Paras Chopra pushes back on the industry view that harnesses no longer matter:
- That's only true when problems are fully specified upfront, as in benchmarks.
- Most real-world work is ill-specified; humans discover what they want as they go.
- So harness design should now be grounded in the human cognitive system — helping people explore and discover what they want the AI to do — rather than the model's perspective.
