There's No Such Thing as an AI-Ready Culture, HBR Argues
rseroter · x · 2026-10-07
A Harvard Business Review piece argues most companies are transforming for AI faster than their cultures can keep up, and that an "AI-ready culture" doesn't exist—organizations must simultaneously perform (run today's business) and transform (change for tomorrow).
The authors contend the advantage will belong to those building cultural muscles: impact over activity, experimentation over certainty, decision systems over decision makers, enterprise thinking over local optimization, and learning velocity over expertise.
