vf3 fuzzer unveiled at OAIC claims to outpace Jackalope and libprotobuf-mutator

At the OAIC conference, researcher @dinolover38 demoed vf3 ("very fast fun vibe fuzzer"), reported to be faster than established fuzzing tools Jackalope and libprotobuf-mutator. Attendees called it a notable step forward for coverage-guided fuzzing: "fuzzing is dead, long live fuzzing."
