Spinlings: an open-source creature battler running inside Claude Code
Other-Income-5085 · reddit · 2026-10-07
A developer released Spinlings, a free open-source pixel-creature battle game that runs inside Claude Code (2.1.287+): creatures fight above the prompt, with three-creature teams, card trading, and asynchronous duels. Built with Claude and iterated with Codex, it shares one TypeScript engine between offline and online play, uses TSX views for the UI, and runs the online world on a Cloudflare Worker with D1. The game makes no AI calls and never reads prompts or project files.
