Ethan Mollick observes that given around a billion overall AI users and hundreds of millions of corporate users, how relatively rare terrible AI incidents have been is surprising even to close watchers — though that may not continue. A reply presses further: how many of those users actually run models capable of serious harm, and how many have the desire? The qualifying group is likely small.
