OpenAI Cuts API Rate Limit Tiers From Five to Three, Grow Tier Now at $500

OpenAI is lowering the bar for higher API rate limits: five paid usage tiers become three — Build, Launch, and Grow. The new top tier Grow now requires only $500 in total API payments, down from $1,000 for the previous highest tier. Existing paid organizations will be moved to their new tier automatically, with no action required.
