Decagon launches Voice 3 with Chord voice model and duplex architecture for customer agents

Customer-service AI company Decagon released Voice 3, pairing Chord, a new voice model from Decagon Labs post-trained specifically for customer conversations (more natural pacing and intonation), with a duplex architecture that lets agents process incoming audio while speaking — smoother interruptions, less dead time.
Also announced at Decagon Dialogues:
