Lawyer's viral analogy: Claude is the repressed good kid, GPT grew up in a trailer park
repligate · x · 2026-10-07
A lawyer's analogy is making the rounds: GPT and Claude outputs both "code Southern" to her, but their upbringings differ — Claude reads like a kid from a nice education-focused family, aloof and repressed, raised to be good and forever wary of the devil under the bed; GPT reads like a trailer-park kid told he was nothing. In her telling, the Claudes end up defending the GPTs at their robbery and murder trials, living content but repressed lives.
