NYT tech journalist Kevin Roose's new book The AGI Chronicles is out today. He spent a year writing it and interviewed more than 150 AI insiders to chronicle the race between OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google DeepMind, aiming for an accurate record of how the industry got here.
