Ampersand, which builds integration infrastructure for enterprise agents, raised $15M from Bessemer. Its thesis: the SaaSpocalypse never happened — CRMs, ERPs and HRISs remain essential, but every customer configures them differently and their APIs were never agent-friendly. Ampersand powers agentic actions in systems of record for 11x, Orb and Square.
