Per Bloomberg (via Techmeme), Moonshot AI has closed its final private funding round at a $50B valuation.
The company is targeting a Hong Kong IPO in Q1 2027 to raise up to $5B—one of the highest valuations among Chinese LLM startups and a first step toward public markets among China's "AI Six Tigers."
