Mitra adds chat takeover and Mitra Link for agent-to-agent communication
testingcatalog · x · 2026-10-06
Mitra, a personal AI assistant, is expanding beyond phone calls with two new capabilities: chat takeover lets the agent reply directly in conversation threads from the user's account and, on request, own entire workstreams across connected apps. Mitra Link enables agent-to-agent communication — two users' Mitras can talk to each other directly. Use cases include real estate agents scheduling showings via buyer Mitras and consultants arranging client kickoffs. Approval permissions are granular, so users control who can reach their assistant. Together the features point to Mitra becoming a persistent communication layer representing users across channels.
