Tern, a Rust-native 'neoterminal', hits feature-complete with persistent agent sessions and 150ms startup

Developer @can1357 announced that Tern, a Rust-native terminal workspace from the Stencil project, is feature-complete and heading to a beta release, with v1.0.0 expected in a couple of weeks.
Key features:
- Persistent sessions via a daemon: close the window and nothing stops; after a reboot every pane returns to its directory with scrollback intact, including in-flight agent conversations with omp
- Remoting over QUIC via Tailscale / Iroh (tern remote serve)
- Browser panes and picture-in-picture observability for agents under omp, plus CLI scriptability
- Shared sessions across Desktop, iOS, and Web; Notion-style Markdown notes and a built-in code editor with git markers
- Kitty graphics protocol, video/audio/PDF/vector previews, drag-and-drop, clipboard support
- 150ms startup and a built-in p10k-style native prompt
It's pitched as a neoterminal for the Electron-weary, built entirely in Rust.
