One Photo to Talking-Head Reel: Dev Shares $0.50/Video AI Pipeline
victor_explore · x · 2026-10-06
Developer @victorexplore shared the skill his agents use to create AI nurse reels for his pregnancy app: one face photo plus one question produces a lip-synced talking-head answer video.
The full pipeline pulls facts from Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, ACOG and HSE, writes the script, clones the voice, runs LTX-2.5 lip sync, fact-checks every piece and adds captions. 11 reels so far with no camera, actor or editor, at roughly $0.50 of GPU cost per reel. He has since released the skill for free (pay what you want).
