Sony Music has reportedly demanded music platforms remove over 260,000 AI deepfake tracks imitating artists like Harry Styles, Adele, and Britney Spears — nearly double the 135,000 takedown requests it previously sent, per the Financial Times. Over the past year, Sony has also sued AI music platforms Suno and Udio for copyright infringement.
