claude-my-privacy open-sourced: plugin that pseudonymizes Claude Code inputs

Follow-up with the GitHub repo for claude-my-privacy.
- The plugin replaces configured names/company names with pseudonyms before model input, restores originals before local tool execution, re-substitutes tool output, and best-effort restores names in displayed replies.
- Only configured terms are handled; substitution failures never lock the session; no network calls.
- v0.5.0 ships an example mappings. and local marketplace install commands; verified on macOS with Claude Code 2.1.290.
