Minos Launches Genomic AI Data Engine, Betting on the Next Data-Supply Wave
markjeffrey · x · 2026-10-06
Minos published an article positioning itself as the "data engine for genomic AI." Its thesis: every major leap in model capability has been unlocked by new supplies of training data — Meta paid $14.3 billion for a stake in Scale AI, and data supplier Mercor crossed $2 billion in annualized revenue. Minos aims to replicate this data-supply play in genomics, providing proprietary training data for biology and healthcare AI models.
