Shadowrocket TUN-Only Setup to Stop Claude Account Bans
aigclink · x · 2026-10-06
The author says two Claude Max accounts were banned again, apparently because Shadowrocket was running in global-proxy mode without TUN. To close the leak, they share a seven-step config:
- Proxy type → None (TUN Only; all traffic goes through the TUN interface, equivalent to compatibility-mode=3)
- Tunnel → Force route → on
- Tunnel → Include all networks → on
- Tunnel → Include local network → off (keeps LAN devices working)
- UDP → Enable forwarding → on, plus UDP forwarding on the subscription and node (node must support UDP)
- UDP → Disable STUN → on, reducing WebRTC public-IP exposure
- Set global routing to Config rather than Proxy, so domestic traffic goes direct while ChatGPT/Claude/Google follow rules
The goal is to make all traffic genuinely pass through TUN and avoid proxy leaks that trigger account risk control.
