ComfyUI rolls out new asset system to Desktop beta users starting with v0.39.0

The ComfyUI team has begun gradually rolling out its new asset system to Comfy Desktop users who opted in to beta features, starting with ComfyUI 0.39.0 and Comfy Desktop 1.1.6.
- Rollout is gradual: a small percentage of opted-in users first, ramping up as stability metrics allow
- To check if it's on: look for the "A beta feature is on" notification and a "+1 beta" pill in Startup Args
- To join: Settings → Preferences → Privacy → "Opt-in to beta features", then restart (requires sharing usage data)
- To opt out: toggle the same setting off and restart
- Bug reports go to Reddit comments or GitHub issues tagged [Asset]
An earlier community feedback round drove a number of fixes; this is the final testing stage before assets become the default for everyone.
