Differentiating in the AI era: out-focus others on one specific problem
brandon_galang · x · 2026-10-06
brandongalang argues the simple answer to differentiating in an AI-driven world is focusing attention on one specific problem longer than others. Everyone can technically do everything, but most people spread their attention and spin their wheels — doing 100x more volume across 100 directions at 1x each. His advice: go 100x on one thing, or at least 25x on four things (he admits being a constant sidequester himself). The problem space is vast; find what fits you and dig in.
