Mirai, backed by a16z Speedrun, turns any address into an explorable world-model simulation

andrewshum introduces Mirai, billed as the world's first virtual neighborhood tour, backed by a16z @Speedrun. The thesis: world models will change how we experience the physical world, and the team is building the application layer on top.
First deployment is real estate, for agents, brokerages, property platforms, and developers: Mirai turns any address into an explorable simulation of the surrounding neighborhood — walk the streets, visit the café, explore the park, follow your commute — so you can preview daily life somewhere before moving.
