Cohere says it grew from 400 employees at the start of 2026 to over 800 now, doubling headcount in a year while actively hiring. Its site showcases a full enterprise stack: the North platform (including North 2), Compass search, Command generative models, plus newer launches like Transcribe speech recognition, North Small Translate, Parse document parsing, Embed 5 frontier embedding models, and Rerank. Cohere also signed an agreement with Aleph Alpha for the first transatlantic sovereign AI solution.
