The startup runs an Applied AI Data Research Lab supplying datasets and evaluations to leading frontier AI labs and Fortune 100 enterprises, with rapidly growing demand and revenue. Its focus: human-expertise data for multimodal conversational AI that can handle real-world complexity like accents, interruptions and overlapping speech.
