Concluding part 6 of Elizabeth Yin's thread: apart from the structural issues, she evaluates international companies the same way as US ones — great team, big market, willingness to pay. Her one extra question: "Why am I seeing this deal?" The usual answer is simply that there aren't many local investors there, so competition is thin.
