If LeCun builds world models with Claude Code, haven't LLMs paved the path to AGI?

An AI researcher poses a pointed question to Yann LeCun: are you using Claude Code when coding world models? If so — and if world models are the path to AGI — wouldn't that mean LLMs have already created the path to AGI? The question cleverly juxtaposes LeCun's stance that autoregressive LLMs can't reach AGI (world models are needed) with the reality that LLM coding tools are part of building them.
