The Verge reports on RemoveMacAI, an open-source command-line tool that deletes Apple Intelligence data from your Mac — about 12GB of storage.
macOS 27 removed the single Settings toggle for disabling Apple Intelligence, leaving models on disk and features scattered across a dozen settings panes (some under Screen Time). Per the developer, the tool replicates the old toggle: deleting the local models and turning the features off.
