Five prompts that took an ops lead from one-off chats to delegating to agent teams

Arielle Shipper, head of operations at Every, shares her journey from one-off chats to delegating whole projects to teams of subagents, with five key prompts.
Concrete example: contractor payments used to be handled in a single sequential chat thread; verifying equity costs across multiple grants, strike prices, and vesting schedules is now split among subagents that independently check signed agreements, run and double-check the math, flag discrepancies, and return a Slack draft she approves with a simple "yes".
The workflow runs on skills, orchestrator threads, context packets, subagents, MCPs, and computer use — terms she once assumed only Highly Technical People could deploy.
