Agentic AI's real moat may be provable liability, not smarter models

Tansu Yegen (1.7M followers) argues AI agents are about to hit a problem software companies rarely faced: liability.
- Once agents act outside the chat window, access systems and make decisions, "the AI did it" won't be a defense.
- The winners in agentic AI may not be those with the smartest agents, but those who can prove exactly what the agent was allowed to do, what it actually did, and who approved it.
In short: auditability and permission provenance may become the core competitive moat for agent products.
