Ethan Mollick warned that OpenAI's GPTs — sunset in December, migratable only to private "plugins" — leave companies and educators stranded: his GPT existed for others to use. He says he's heard leaders discuss training staff to build GPTs just months ago, and urges OpenAI to help non-expert users keep up with the migration.
