In the second half of his thread pushing back on Mark Cuban's "someone better at AI will take your job" take, Ethan Mollick notes that using AI can still bring tremendous individual advantage at work, but argues we need to think about how to build organizational systems aimed at human augmentation instead of automation — individual performance is not the only factor.
