An indie developer released emberslate, an Android TV show & movie tracker with watchlists, episode tracking, release-date alerts and discovery — built throughout with Claude Code as a coding partner, from the NestJS/PostgreSQL backend and Android UI to queries, API integration, production debugging and iterating on user feedback. A large share of the codebase was written via Claude Code.
The 50-second promo video (animations, timing, audio) was also generated with Claude Code using Remotion. Free to try on Google Play.
