Dev builds one-plan-skills: a single-file spec-driven development workflow with HTML plans
vguleaev · reddit · 2026-10-05
Reddit user vguleaev released one-plan-skills, a lightweight spec-driven development Claude skill that replaces the sprawling Markdown files of SpecKit and OpenSpec with a single PLAN.md containing tasks, acceptance criteria, and affected files.
The killer feature is an auto-generated HTML view of the plan, plus simple UI controls to mark spots for add/delete/modify and copy feedback prompts back to your chat agent. Positioned as a much simpler alternative for developers who find multi-file spec workflows overwhelming.
