mcpspan: open-source self-hosted analytics dashboard for MCP servers

mcpspan (github.com/mcpspan/mcpspan) is a free, fully self-hosted analytics dashboard for MCP servers: add one line to your server and run docker compose for the dashboard. It tracks every tool call, resource read and prompt get per client; median and p95 latency per tool; distinguishes failure types (thrown errors, error results, refused args, tools agents requested that don't exist); shows step-by-step sessions and release markers; and supports Slack/Discord/webhook alerts, CSV/NDJSON export and OpenTelemetry. Parameter values never leave your process. SDKs for 8 languages; early 0.1.0 release.
