Sinclair's Harvard lab publicly demos resetting colon cancer cells via 3 reprogramming genes
tomchapin · x · 2026-10-04
At ARDD 2026, David Sinclair's Harvard lab showed publicly for the first time switching on 3 cellular reprogramming genes in colon cancer cells — by day 10, the dish was nearly empty of cancer cells. "There is a memory of youth in every cell, even cancer cells," he said. Early-stage demo, not yet peer-reviewed.
