Using sudo pmset to keep your Mac awake for agents wrecks battery health

Responding to tips about using caffeinate to keep a Mac awake for cloud agents, the author says sudo pmset works too but is strongly discouraged: after a week of trying, he watched his Mac's battery health bar slide toward critical. He now relies on cloud agents plus an iOS app instead.
