A no-bot meeting workflow: Granola + Claude + Gamma auto-generates recaps and decks
rubenhassid · x · 2026-10-04
Ruben Hassid shares a four-step workflow for skipping meetings while staying fully informed, with no AI bot joining the call.
- Record with Granola: install it on your laptop; it works on any video call (Zoom, Meet, Teams) by listening through computer audio, so no bot appears in the meeting.
- Connect Granola and Gamma to Claude: in Claude, go to Settings → Connectors, browse connectors, search and authorize both apps.
- Generate the recap: after the meeting, prompt Claude to pull the last Granola meeting and write a recap with decisions, action items (owner + deadline), and open questions.
- Turn it into a deck: in the same chat, ask Claude to use Gamma to build a 6-slide deck, which comes back as an editable link (layout, theme, images).
His team sends him the meeting when done; all he reads is the deck.
